What I did
Truced is a divorce and co-parenting platform that aims to help families achieve faster and better resolutions across parenting and financial settlements. I worked with the co-founder of Truced to understand what users needed from the platform and whether the current MVP prototype made sense to them. This was in partnership with Harness Projects, a professional certificate for students starting their careers in UX design. I created a research plan, survey and interview plan, conducted 5 1:1 usability interviews. I analysed the data and presented my findings and recommendations to Doris, to a very positive response.
