Leah was an invaluable part of the design process, helping us to identify and clarify what we were looking to achieve with our project. She was comfortable with the changing nature of the brief, and was receptive to feedback throughout the process.

I currently have the pleasure of working with Leah on a project to reimagine and build a research repository for the Consumer Experience Team. Leah has the most incredible energy and focus on the problem at hand. She thinks outside the box, and is never afraid to speak up with the customer outcomes in mind.
